FamilyCare Initiative

The FamilyCare Initiative provides access to counseling services for low-income families who do not have insurance or the financial resources to cover the cost. FamilyCare promotes prevention and early intervention. Designed primarily for individuals and/or families who are in life circumstances that are, more often than not, financially and emotionally overwhelming, FamilyCare provides a sliding-scale fee structure taking ability-to-pay into account for treatment services. Creative Wellness wants to meet people with affordable treatment at the critical times when the need arises.  Since its inception in 2007, FamilyCare has been proud to provide the highest quality of care to individuals, families, couples and children.
